SylviaCLEMENS(née Mildren) Died peacefully on 13th November 2025 in hospital, surrounded by her family, aged 81 years.
Beloved wife of Eric, loving Mum to Maria and Brendan and a proud and adored Granny of Elissa, Tobin, Matilda and Sebastian.
A funeral service will be held on Monday 1st December 2025 at 2.30pm at Glynn Valley Crematorium, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at 4.15pm at Tamar Valley Methodist Church in Albaston, Gunnislake.
Family flowers only, with donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, by retiring collection to Tavistock Parkinsons Support Group. Please make any cheques payable to TASS (Tavistock Parkinsons Group).
