JeffCLARKE12.08.1960 - 12.02.2021 Loving father, husband, grandad and son sadly suddenly passed peacefully in his sleep at home. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends at the E57 Social Club and work colleagues at Heartlands Hospital where he worked for 35 years. Limited numbers are allowed into the funeral so those wishing to pay their respects can do so at the family home at 10:30 on the 9.4.2021.
