PatriciaCLARKEAnn (Santry) Passed away 12 July 2018 at the Hospice in the Weald Pembury Tunbridge Wells. Much loved wife of Geoffrey. Loving mother of Sarah, Simon, Jonathan and Gemma and Grandmother to nine Grandchildren. Sadly missed by all. Funeral service to be held at Tunbridge Wells Crematorium on Wednesday the 25th July at 4pm. Family flowers only, and donations if desired to the Hospice in the Weald c/o Paul Bysouth Funeral Directors Crowborough.
