Joseph (Joe)CHILTON-JONESCHILTON-JONES - JOSEPH (JOE), Aged 82 years. Margaret and all the family - Joe's Children and Partners, Grandchildren, Step-children (and grandchildren) will miss you lots, but know you are now at Peace in the Lord's hands. We would like to express our huge and sincere thanks to Father Mike OMI, St. Joseph's RC, Colwyn Bay and Father Frank OMI, also St. Joseph's and to Father Joe and Father Gerry from St. George's RC, Maghull, Liverpool for celebrating and Concelebrating our lovely Requiem Mass of Thanksgiving and Celebration for Joe's life and also John Williams and choir members for the great music. Thank you to Ian and Staff from T. Conchar, Funeral Directors for their sympathetic professionalism and attention to detail. Special thanks also to St. David's Hospice (to whom any Donations will go) and to Dr. Amit Singh, Llandudno District Nurses, Marie Curie and MacMillan Nurses and Social Services' Carers for their gentle care, support and vigilant attention and initial care from Glan Clywd Hospital. Deep thanks for every thought, prayer, Masses and cards from all our family and extended family (a large one!), from friends, neighbours and Parishioners present or by 'phone or post for their love to us all and expressions of fond memories of our dearest Joe. Masses will be offered for all above and God bless you!
