On behalf of Weston Hospicecare, I would like to thank you for the kind funeral donations given in loving memory of Tracey Chidzey.

I hope that you may find some comfort in knowing that your donation will provide care and comfort to a local person at the end of their life and will allow their family to make the most of the time they have left together.

Weston Hospicecare has been providing palliative care to people with life-limiting illnesses for over 35 years, but the care that we provide in our community is reliant on public donations and gifts in wills. That is why your support is so important. We really can’t thank you enough for thinking of us and for supporting Weston Hospicecare in memory of Tracey.

I can be contacted on 01934 423900 or my email is [email protected] if you would like to learn more about how your donation will make a lasting difference.

Thank you again, on behalf of our local community.

Yours sincerely,

Abi Smart (Legacy & Philanthropy Fundraiser)

Tracey played skittles for the Cheeselettes in Cheddar for a few years and we all have very fond memories of playing with her. She was a kind and lovely lady with a great sense of humour and she will be missed by many.
Sending condolences to the whole family at this difficult and sad time.
