JudyCHARDDied peacefully at Garston Manor Care Home on 6th August 2014 aged 98 years. Wife of the late Maurice. Funeral Service at St. Mary's Abbotsbury, Newton Abbot on Thursday 14th August at 2.00pm, followed by burial at Highweek Churchyard. Please wear bright colours. Donations, if desired in memory of Judy and in lieu of flowers, made payable to: The Dyrons Journal for the Visually Handicapped by retiring collection, visiting www.wcpltd.com and selecting Newton Abbot or sent to Hugh Mills & Gaye, Kings House, King Street, Newton Abbot, TQ12 2LG. God bless, Judy. So sorry to learn of your passing in 2014. In 2001 we corresponded regarding Geoffrey 'Boy' Gout who flew Spitfires in the Battle of Britain, but sadly we never got to meet. You told me you believed the Universe was far more fantastic than as mortals we could ever imagine - now you'll know for sure.
