Iris MaryCHAPMANPeacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on 2nd December. Iris aged 94 years.
A loving wife of the late Peter. Beloved mam of Peter and Jane. Much loved mother-in-law of Graeme and Karen. Treasured nanna of Carrie, Holly, Jack and Nicky. A special great nanna of Jools, Myles and Archer. A dear sister of Peter and the late Winnie, Monica, Johnny, Arthur, Albert and Pat. Dear Auntie and friend to many. Reunited with special friends Jessie and Ronnie.
Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 16th December in St Gabriel's Church at 10:30am followed by a committal in St Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium.
