BarbaraCHAPMANBeloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on the 22nd February 2016, aged 73, following a short illness. Funeral at Breakspear Crematorium on the 7th March 2016 at 2pm. Black is optional. Refreshments to follow at The Carpenters Arms, Hayes from 3pm. In lieu of flowers, the family ask for donations to Harefield Hospital's Centenary Fund.
