Derby Royal Hospital on 28th May 2018.
Much loved partner of Jan, and father of
Helen, Jacky, Joanne, Kevin and Paul
and grandfather to Joseph, Benedict,
Jack, Rosie, Molly, Toby, Sebastian, Ella,
Sam, Daniel and John.
The Funeral Service will be held at
Lichfield & District Crematorium, Fradley
on Wednesday 13th June 2018 at 10.30am.
Black need not be worn.
Family flowers only.
