JoanCHAMBERSof Old Leake passed away peacefully at Pilgrim Hospital on 29th March, 2023 aged 90 years. Widow of the late Eric Chambers, much loved Mum of Neil and Glenys, loving Nan and Great Nan. Funeral service at Boston Crematorium on Wednesday 26th April, 2023 at 11.30am. Family flowers only. Donations towards the British Heart Foundation may be sent to F.E. Addlesee & Son Ltd, 44 Castle Street, Boston, PE21 8PN 01205 311303

One year today mum you left us and broke our hearts. You were an amazing mum and I feel truly blessed to be your daughter. Remembering you is easy I do it every day but the heartbreak of losing you never goes away.

Today we have to say a sad final goodbye to you mum. You were a wonderful mum and best friend and words cannot say how much you will be missed. We will love and miss you until eternity. Thank you for the lovely memories you have left, I wish you could have stayed for longer.
