Thomas RalphCHADWICKPassed peacefully on Thursday 26th June 2025 at Tameside General Hospital, surrounded by his family. Tom, loving Husband to Jean, caring father to Philip and Helen, devoted Grandfather to Millie, Bobby, Evelyn and Holly and a dear brother to Graham and Lewis, will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family, friends and all who knew him.
The funeral service will be held at Dukinfield Crematorium on Friday 18th July 2025 at 11.00am.
