LisaCASHIN(nee Lieselotte Kosubke) Died aged 72 on 10 December 2015 at home in Aylesbury surrounded by her daughters Emma and Lucy, after a short illness. The funeral is to be held at 4pm on Thursday 17 December 2015 in the Milton Chapel at Amersham Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations in her memory to Florence Nightingale Hospice at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
