Phillip PhilCARTLIDGECARTLIDGE Phillip (Phil) At rest on Thursday June 1st, 2006 and in the presence and loving care of his wife and the staff at the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, after a short illness, fought with great courage and dignity, Phil, aged 54 years, of Blurton, the dearly loved and special husband of Carol, the much loved and treasured dad of Matt also a loving and cherished grandad, brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Phil will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends. Funeral service to take place at the Good Shepherd RC Church, Blurton on Monday June 12th, 2006 at 11.30am, prior to cremation at Stafford Crematorium.
