Leonard WilliamCAMMWith heavy hearts, we announce that Len passed away peacefully at his home in Bucknall on Sunday 1st February 2026, aged 84, surrounded by the love of his family.

Len was the devoted husband of the late Carol, a loving and proud Dad to Mark, Karen, Gareth, Ian, and Glenn. He was a much loved Brother to John, Doreen, Brian and the late Betty. Son of the late Leveson and Elsie. A cherished Brother in law, a loving Father in law, Grandad and Great-Grandad, whose warmth, kindness and sense of humour will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A Service to Celebrate Len's Life will be held at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday 13th March 2026 at 12 noon. For those wishing to attend, please meet at the chapel.

Floral tributes are welcome. Donations, if desired, will be gratefully received in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

Wot an amaizing genuine humble man lenny was he was more than a friend both lenny and carol were they were like grandparents to my children taking them holidays with dannielle kayleigh and jordan nothing was too much for them worked very hard all their lifes and made time for everyone in their spare time we have so many fond memories of you and carole lenny and lots of funny ones too you will allways be remembered with a heavy heart and a smile reunited together now as youve allways been but leave so many family and friends very sad indeed thankyou both so very much for the wonderfull memories you gave us here on earth godbless you both until we all meet up again in paradise my heartfelt condolences to mark gava karen ian glen and all the family two legends taken too soon from all that loved and knew them pam fento lyndsey kelly and casey xx
