Special thanks to family doctor Dr Wooton, police and paramedics who attended to Catherine, also John Campbell, John Hawthorn, Paul Cavanagh, Jamie Boyd, Marie Murray, Kelly McLeod and the rest of the team at the Richmond Fellowship Scotland and all staff over the years at Merchiston Hospital and Dykebar Hospital. Special thanks to Fr Callaghan of St Mary's R.C. Church for spiritual comfort, Gordon Powrie and staff of Co-op Funeralcare for dignified funeral arrangements and the Watermill Hotel for catering.
