SimonBUSHPassed away peacefully on 29th October 2017 in the care of St. Francis Hospice, Berkhamsted. Beloved Father of Charles and Olivia. A cherished Brother to Carl, Lois and David. Simon will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Ceremony at The Chilterns Crematorium (Milton Chapel) on Tuesday 7th November 2017 at 3.15pm.
