Anthony (Tony)BURNAYIt is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Anthony (Tony) BURNAY. Born in Finchley on 25 April 1937, he left us peacefully on 20 August 2024, at the age of 87.
He was a devoted and deeply loved husband of 66 years to Margaret, cherished father to Lisa and Tanya, and much loved grandpa to Charlotte, Amy and Olivia, dear father-in-law to Perry and brother to Patricia and the late Malcolm.
A family man of immense kindness, generosity, humour, wisdom and strength, he will be forever missed. His song may have ended, but his melody will play on within our hearts.
A grave side service will be held at 1pm on Tuesday September 17th at Tetney Cemetery, Humberston Road, Tetney.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of floral tributes would be welcome to the British Heart Foundation.
