Sadly passed away at home on Wednesday 4th February 2026, aged 94 years.
Reunited with loving parents Sarah Bulmer and John William Bulmer.
Basil was loved by all that knew him and will be greatly missed by many.
Family flowers only please, but if so desired, donations may be left at the service in Basil's memory to PDSA
Service shall take place on Monday 23rd February at Chanterlands Crematorium, Small Chapel at 10am, followed by a Committal at Northern Cemetery at 11am.
