Funeral service to take place at St Peters and St Paul's Church, Shepton Mallet, on Thursday 18th September at 11am, followed by interment at East Horrington Churchyard.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance, may be left in the retiring collection or be sent direct to the charity
