Richard CorneliusBROWN23.7.1934 - 24.03.2021 Richard passed away peacefully on 24th March 2021. Much loved Husband to Joan, (deceased 2018). Stepfather to Janette, Kathryn and Johnny. Wonderful grandfather to his 10 grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Policeman in Plymouth 1954 -1969. Family flowers only.
