OliveBROWNFrances Passed away peacefully on February 7th 2018 at Harbour Rise, Paignton aged 95 years. Formerly of Totnes and Buckfastleigh. Beloved wife of the late Harry, loving mum of Clive and David Emsley (both deceased) and Ian Emsley. Funeral service on Monday 19th February at Torquay Crematorium at 9.45am.
