Brigid "Della"BROSNANBROSNAN Brigid "Della" (nee Slattery) Formely of Lisheen, Glenamaddy, Co Galway, Eire Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on 6th February 2026, aged 91 years, at home with her family.

Beloved wife of the late Tom and adored mother of Margaret, Jeremy, Tommy and James. Loving sister to Eamonn, Tullamore, Co.Offaly, Eire and treasured grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and best friend to her family, wonderful friends and neighbours. So deeply missed by all.

Reception in St Jude's RC Church, Maypole, Birmingham B14 5PE on Wednesday 18 March 6pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday 19 March at 11am followed by Burial at 12:30pm Brandwood End Cemetery, Woodthorpe Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham B14 6EQ.

"Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis" May her faithful soul be at the right hand of God.

So heartbroken that Della has left us. What wonderful memories I have of our childhood in Lisheen. We were great friends always. I will miss your visits home Della and all our chats. Rest In Peace dear friend. Reunited now with your lovely husband Tom. Grá mór.

Dear Della {GLENN}
We were all so heartbroken to hear of your passing, just so unfair & unbelievable.
You were one of the nicest & funniest people we know. We were honoured to have you as our special friend. We will never forget you Glenn. Thank you for being our wonderful friend.
Dance all day now with your handsome Tom.
