MonicaBROOMFollowing a short illness Monica passed away peacefully in the RD&E Wonford (Bovey Ward) on 31.12.2025

Aged 80.

She was the widow of the late Henry Broom, Mum of Georgina, Nigel, Garth, and the late David. Step Mum to Paul, Jackie, Linda and Sarah. A very much loved Grandma to Amelia, Jasmin, Caleb and Step Grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by family and friends.

A service to celebrate her life is being held on the 9th February 2026 at the Exeter and Devon Crematorium,
Topsham Road, in the St Paul's Chapel at 3pm.

Family flowers only. Donations to Support us - Royal Devon Hospitals Charity (Bovey Ward), in lieu of flowers if desired.

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in and has a splash of colour.

I worked with Monica for several years at Bodley c.c.s.c., she was always a pleasure to work with, a natural carer and healer. She raised money over the years by displaying items for sale in our reception area.
She was always positive, uplifting and reliable.
I will see you in another place, another time my friend. x
