Philip GrahamBROOKSDebbie and family would like to thank everybody who attended Phil's service to celebrate his life and also for the kindness, sympathy and support received during his long battle with his illness. Also, thank you to Ross Jackson, Phil's best friend and to Pete Butler at The White Hart at Hough for giving Phil the send off he wished for. We would also like to extend our thanks to the carers from Right at Home (Nantwich), the District Nurses at Rope Lane and a special thanks to Dr David Roberts (Hungerford Medical Centre) for his care and support and his willingness to learn about the rare disease Amyloidosis alongside the rest of us. We are also pleased to announce that to date we have received donations in excess of ?3000 to go toward research into the cause and a cure for Amyloidosis.
