On Sunday 13th April 2025, Barbara aged 89 years of Roche, passed away peacefully at home, (‘last of that Edyvean generation’). Beloved and devoted wife of John (deceased). Much loved mum of Kathy, Carol, Colin, Konrad and Christian. Cherished nanny of her 12 grandchildren and great nanny of her 12 great grandchildren. Barbara will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. A Private funeral Service for Barbara’s children, grandchildren and great grandchildren only will be held at Roche Cemetery. Family flowers only, but donations if desired, for Cancer Research UK, can be made online at wedlakefuneralhome.co.uk/donations or may be sent (cheques made payable to Cancer Research UK) c/o Nick Jago and David Michael Funeral Directors, Wedlake Funeral Home, 2 Higher Bugle, St Austell PL26 8PY.
