Jack (John)BOLTOBOLTON JACK (JOHN) February 22nd 2016 Aged 86 years. Passed away peacefully in Southport Hospital. Devoted husband of the late Anne, loving dad to Julie and Karen, respected father-in-law to Simon and the late Frank, much loved grandad to Brian, Graham, John and Kirsty and loving great-grandad to Jake. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Service at Southport Crematorium on Thursday 3rd March at 10:40am.
