Carole AnneBLAKE(Née Jackson) Beloved wife of Edward and loving mum of Neil and Darren. It is with heartfelt sadness that we have to announce that Carole passed peacefully away on Friday 23rd September 2016. We should like to welcome all of Carole's many friends to join our family in celebrating her life at Oakley Wood Crematorium, South Chapel on Friday 21st October at 3.00pm.
