JoanBLACKNEE HART Passed away peacefully after a long illness, at Parklands Lodge Care Home, Southport. Beloved wife and best friend of John Neville. Loving Mum to daughter Katrina and son-in-law Paul. Funeral service to be held at Southport Crematorium on Tuesday 16th March at 12 noon. By invitation only due to current restrictions. No flowers by request, but donations if desired in Joan's memory, direct to British Heart Foundation. Enquiries to Howard's Funeral Directors, 1-5 Roe Lane, Southport, PR9 9DR.
