The obituary notice of Terrence BISGROVE

Terry took me under his wing in 1987 when I was a boy and was a perfect gent and role model that anyone should aspire to be. Very few are like him nowadays and the world was a better place for people like him. As with my City Engineers colleagues, total respect for him and my thoughts are with his family.

So sorry to hear this news, Terry was a lovely man, and a great mentor to me when I joined the City Engineers back in 1989.
When he retired I did my best to fill his surveying shoes, and as I near my own retirement I still think of him often - when a problem arises on site, my first thought is still "...what would Terry do?"
A true gentleman, in every sense of the word, and he will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with his family at this sad time.

Terry was a true gentleman.
He was always held in the highest esteem by all his colleagues in the City Engineer's Department of Bristol City Council.
