MavisBIRDnee Hayward passed away peacefully on 20th September aged 84 years.
Loving wife of Howard, proud Mother of Graham and daughter in law Mary, a special Grandma to Marie, Joseph and Andrew, also a caring Sister and Aunty.
Her funeral service will take place in the Chapel at Stafford Crematorium on Thursday 11th October at 10.30am
No flowers please but donations in lieu if desired will be forwarded to Dementia UK.

Mum, I'm so sorry, I didn't know about these tributes. Thank you for being a great mum and grandparent. It would be so nice to chat and remember those happy memories.
