PatriciaBINNS('Pat' 'Trisha') It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Binns, affectionately known as Pat or Trisha, who was born on 29th September 1948 and sadly passed away on 27th August 2026.
Pat's illness was short and her passing was sudden, leaving a huge void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
A beloved sister, loving partner to the late Eddy, devoted mother to the late Derek, Debbie, Christine, Nicola, and Stephen, Pat was the heart of her family. She was a beloved mother-in-law, an adored and much-loved nanna and great-nanna, a treasured auntie and great-auntie, and a loyal friend to many.
Pat touched countless lives with her warmth, kindness, strength, and sense of humour. Her love for her family knew no bounds, and the memories she created with those around her will be cherished forever.
Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing that her love, laughter, and spirit will remain with us always.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday 16th September 2026 at 12.00 Noon, at St Anne's Church, Whale Hill, followed by committal at Kirkleatham Crematorium.
Flowers are welcome, or alternatively donations to go to the Chris Cave Foundation, in Pat's memory.
