EricBENTONPassed away peacefully on 10th December 2023 at Victoria House Care Home. Aged 79 years.

A much loved husband of Marian, beloved Father of Deborah and the late Steven. Father in law of Neil and Rachael. Proud Grandfather of Keiran, Cameron, Jack, Alexandra, Lucas and Lillie. Great Grandfather of Cora. A cherished Brother, Uncle and friend to many.

Service to take place at St George's Church, Teesville at 10.00 am, on Wednesday the 24th January. Followed by cremation at Kirkleatham Crematorium. Friends, please meet at the Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society.

My parents and I were neighbours with Eric for most of my childhood through to my adult life. He was an absolute gem of a man, best most kindest neighbour a person could want, always there for everyone. R.I.P Eric, from your neighbours at 37 x

I worked with Eric at ICI Wilton. Mainly at Olefines 5. We were on C Shift together at one time. Lots of memories of a workmate and friend.My condolences to Marian and family .

Eric was a lovely guy who I met during my time at ICI. I remember him well with great fondness. Sad to hear that he has passed. My condolences go out to all of his family. RIP Eric xx
