I'm heartbroken dad. You were more than a dad to me and Sue and Mel. You were my best mate and really the only true mate I've ever had. You never abandoned me in even in my darkest moments and you refused to give up on me. I was able to keep going through some awful times only because of you. You have a left a big presence in so many people's lives not least mine. You were and are everything a man is supposed to be and a better dad I cannot imagine having. You were staunch, reliable, dependable and my rock. Be at peace now Dad. I love you XXXX
