Beloved husband of the late Jennifer Beasley, loving dad of Dawn, David and Gavin,
much loved grandad of Megan, Haydn, Katie, Dylan, Lily and Luca and great grandad of Theo.
Funeral service to be held on
Tuesday 30th December at 3.15pm
at Canley Crematorium, Charter Chapel
followed by a celebration of life at the Jacobean Hotel, Holyhead Rd, Coventry, CV5 8HX
Family flowers only. Donations may be made in memory of Derek to Myton Hospice.
