Philip LeslieBASSA devoted husband, cherished family man, and much-loved grandfather and great-grandfather, Phil of ripley passed away peacefully at Wrenhall Care Home, Selston on the 31st of March 2026 aged 91 years leaving behind a legacy of love and treasured memories.
Beloved husband of Ruby, he was a proud stepfather to Julie, and Jonathan, and a respected father-in-law to Andy. He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, Stephanie, Richard, and James, and lovingly remembered by his great-grandchildren, Sophia, Sienna, Georgia, and Alex, who brought him immense joy.
His warmth, kindness and quiet strength touched all who knew him, and he will be fondly remembered by family and friends alike.
A service to celebrate his life will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Thursday 14th May at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only, with donations in his memory gratefully received for Alzheimer's Research.
