MavisBARTLETTPassed away peacefully at Heatherton House on Sunday 1st March, aged 94 years.
Beloved wife of the late Kenneth, much loved mum to Lynne and step mum to Nicola and Simon, and a dear mother-in-law to John. A cherished grandma to Karen, great grandma to Beth and Chris, and a proud great-great-grandma to Lily.
Mavis will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A funeral service will take place on Wednesday 1st April at Markeaton Crematorium (Round Chapel) at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please by request. Donations, if desired, may be made at the service and will be forwarded to The Salvation Army.
