SylviaBARTLETTPassed away peacefully on 21st December 2016. Much loved mum to Jayne, nanny to Shernay, sister to Barbara. Funeral to be held on Monday 16th January at 2.30pm at Amersham Crematorium. Refreshments afterwards at The Plough, Winchmore Hill. All welcome. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Heart to Herts, c/o: Rex Russell, 36 Hunters Oak, Hemel Hempsted, Herts, HP2 7SW.
