I was very sorry to hear of Clifford Barnard's passing. My family knew him when they first came to Haslingfield (Eileen and Joseph Green) and rented their first house in Haslingfield - Rose Lynne - 27 Church Street - from the Barnard Family who had the farm behind (Knapp Farm) and land opposite. Clifford and Lisa had a new bungalow built in Church Street around the same time my parents moved to their new bungalow at 27 High Street. I also knew Colin Barnard - their son - and his younger brother Marcus. My condolences to the Barnard family.
