DazBARBERBARBERDAZTragically, on October 30, 2003 at 12.30am, aged 30 years, loving husband of Sam, a treasured dad of Jordan and Tyler, much loved son of Noreen and the late Walter, much loved brother of Karen, David, Andy, Frank and the late Wayne, much loved son-in-law of Brenda, Andy and the late Kevin, beloved brother-in-law, uncle and special friend to all who knew him. Service to be held on Friday November 7, at St. John's & St. Stephen's Church, Grimsby, at 11am, followed by interment at Scartho Road Cemetery, Grimsby. No mourning wear please, bright colours preferred. Daz is now resting peacefully at the Co-operative Funeralcare Home, 55 Abbey Road, Grimsby, where floral tributes will be received.
