Wife of the late Gordon Frank Ballard, and much loved mother of Jason. Treasured nan of Holly and Daniel, and dear sister of Bruce.
Funeral Service will be held at St Winefride's Catholic Church, Holywell, on Thursday 2nd October at 11:30am, followed by interment at Holywell Town Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, but donations in Anne's memory will be gratefully received for the NSPCC.
