David A.K.BALLEnid and Andrew would like to take this opportunity of extending their most heartfelt appreciation to all relatives, friends and neighbours (both past and present) and former work colleagues for all their wonderful support and kindness, letters and cards of condolence and donations which have been received following their recent sad loss of a much loved husband and dad. We would also like to thank everyone who supported us at the funeral service which was a great tribute to David.
