Alan was one of a few teachers at Coundon Court who treated every member of staff who worked there as equal. Always spoke when we passed each other in the grounds of the school. So sorry to read he has passed away. RIP Alan. A true gentleman.

So sorry to hear this, John was a lovely fella, lived round the corner when I was a kid and hung out with his kids. He was also my teacher at Coundon Court for a while.
