RichardASPIN MBRICHARD ASPIN (MBE) Passed away suddenly at his home in Montserrat, West Indies, on Saturday 7th April 2018, aged 71 years. Loving husband to Agatha and brother to Graham, Andrew, Jane, Anne-Marie and Mary. His loss leaves an enormous void in the Aspin family. He lived in Montserrat for many years, but he was always at the heart of his family. His funeral will be held in Montserrat.
