David WilliamARMSTRONGOn 31st August 2025 at St Andrew's Hospice Grimsby, with his loving family by his side, and after an illness bravely fought, David aged 70 years sadly passed away. A loving uncle, great-uncle, great-great- uncle, cousin, godfather and good friend to many, he will be missed by all who knew him.

Service at Grimsby Crematorium on Thursday 25th September 2025 at 11.15am.

David is resting at Mashfords Funeral Home Norfolk Lane Cleethorpes DN35 8BB where family flowers only please will be received.

Donations in lieu, if so desired may be made payable to "St Andrew's Hospice" or "Macmillan Cancer Support" and sent to the funeral directors.

My dear friend David, you left us so fast and unexpectedly. I was never prepared for it. You showed everyone a great example of gentleness, wisdom and strength. I will always be grateful to you for the special friendship you shared with me. You will be always remembered and dearly missed. The world is a better place because you were here.

Though we never met in person, your kindness reached across the screen and into my life when I needed it most. You had your own struggles, yet always found time to listen with empathy to mine. You were a true friend—one of the rare ones. Thank you for being there. Rest easy, mate. I'm going to miss our chats.
