ANTHONYDICKINSON Passed away on the 9th October 2008. Anthony was Husband to Sue and Father of Jenny, Katie and Joe. He will be sadly missed. The Requiem Mass will be held at St Erconwald Roman Catholic Church, Esher Avenue, Walton-On-Thames KT12 2TA on Tuesday 21st October 2008 at 12.15. Followed by a private service of cremation.
