Just found out that Charlie had passed - such sad news
He was my first boss back in 1987 and made a big impression on me. The old-school rugby songs, jokes, one-liners and highheartedness in the office. Taught me a lot about how to enjoy work and graft at the same time.
Although I haven't seen him in 30+ years his memory is still alive with me
