Stuart EdwardANDERSONStuart Anderson, aged 85, of Fern Avenue, Oswaldtwistle, brother of Tony, Jon and the late Joy passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 8, with his beloved wife Marilyn by his side and surrounded by his family. During his life Stuart worked for Bird’s Eye Frozen Foods and played an active role in The Accrington Round Table and 41 club. He was also a member of Clitheroe Golf Club for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and holidaying in Lanzarote. Stuart sadly leaves his beloved wife Marilyn and much loved children Mark and Louise. A dear Grandad to Lydia, Sam and Zac. A dear Great Grandad to Noelia, Autumn, River and bump. He was also a dear father-in-law to Debbie and Max. He will also be sadly missed by Graeme and Lizzie. Stuart’s funeral will take place on Thursday, June 27 at Accrington Crematorium at 11.40am. Family flowers only please. If desired, donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or East Lancashire Hospice, c/o Hyndburn Funeral Services, Accrington.
