MatthewsALLAN HERBERTIt is with great sadness we announce on Friday 12th December 2025 in the loving care of Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby surrounded by his devoted family Allan aged 96 years passed away. Beloved husband of Sylvia, loving dad to Sue and Trish, dear father-in-law to Bert and the late Frank, cherished grandad to Beverley, Amy and the late Heather, proud great grandpops to Zach, Isla and his grand dog Misty.
Buster was also a wonderful brother, uncle and a popular gent who will be missed by everyone he had the pleasure of knowing.
A celebration of Allan's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 29th December at 10.30 am. Family flowers only please by request, however donations in Allan's memory may be sent to Cancer Research U.K. and Lincs Notts Air Ambulance.
