Peacefully on 23rd November. Aged 87 years. Patricia (Pat) (nee Gaffney).
Beloved Partner of Ken. Dearly loved Mam of Gillian, Kevin and Mark. Much-loved Mother-in-law of Gary and Julia. A cherished Nanna of Lee, Ryan, Owen and Benjamin. Also, a treasured Great Nanna of Isaac, Hunter and Nelly. And a loving Sister of Linda, Michael and Paul.
Pat will be sadly missed by all family and friends.
Cremation at the West Road Crematorium on Friday 12th December at 11.15am. Friends, please meet at the crematorium.
