ALAN WARDOf Whitestone, Nuneaton. Former local entertainer (Royal Oak, Stockingford, Liberal Club, Bedworth, Co-op Club, Nuneaton and various others). Long standing member and former secretary of Nuneaton Golf Club, retired employee of Midland Bank, Market Bosworth, Hinckley and Bedworth. Treasurer of Nuneaton & District Organ Society. Passed away peacefully at home on May 30th 2009. Husband to Joyce, dad to Stella, David and Derek and grandad to Alice, Katie, George, Dan, Sid and Ella. Funeral Service to take place at The Heart of England Crematorium on Friday June 12th at 10.30 a.m. Alan has requested that no mourning attire or black ties are to be worn.
